Last month, we played "musical cubicles" at the office. I used to have a huge south-facing window behind me, which allowed for pretty good FM radio reception. Now I'm working a bit further from that southern window, and as a result my radio reception... well... sucks. Rather than curse the darkness (or should I say silence), I thought I would listen to podcasts to help fill the day with noise... er, music. Music and a little chatter. I've discovered that there are number of shows that feature
podsafe music (and talk, which is always podsafe), and through the magic of
Ziepod I can download and organize them. Here's what I've found:
Music ShowsTalk Shows- The Adam Carolla Podcast - KLSX's talk format died so that Adam Carolla's podcast could live. It's something new every day, and the FCC can't stop him from saying naughty words.
- Off The Wall - But it's not wacky comedy (although sometimes it can be amusing). I first found this show on 90.1 WUSB, but thanks to the podcast, I can listen whenever I want.
- Opie and Anthony Show Podcasts - Highlights from O&A on terrestrial radio, but if you've kept up with the rumors, it won't last much longer before they become satellite-only.
So, dear reader, have you discovered any favorite podcasts?
